Question 1

Can I pick up or drop off a rental car in Queenstown?

Accepted Answer

Queenstown pickup and drop-off are available for select seasonal dates. Our online booking system automatically calculates and locks out unavailable periods for real-time booking on our website.

Question 2

What driver's license requirements apply to international renters?

Accepted Answer

Drivers must be at least 21 years old and hold a physical full license. If the license is not in English, a physical International Driving Permit (IDP) or an NZTA-approved English translation is mandatory alongside the original license.
