“Agave Selfie” Giveaway Terms and Conditions
1. Organiser: The giveaway is organised by Brilliant Rentals, located in 12 Holt Place, Christchurch, New Zealand.
2. Eligibility: Open to New Zealand residents aged 21 and over within Christchurch and nearby areas. Employees of Brilliant Rentals and their immediate families are not eligible.
3. Entry Period: Starts on 1Dec2025 at 00:01 NZDT and ends on 23Dec2025 at 23:59NZDT. Entries after this period will not be accepted.
4. How to Enter: Participants must take an original selfie photo or moving image clearly including three key elements: the “Brilliant Rentals” on the building, the giant agave plant, and your face. Participants must post the photo or video publicly on Instagram, Facebook, or TikTok, tag us(IG: @brilliants_newzealand, FB: @Brilliant Rentals New Zealand, TikTok: @brilliantrentals), and use the hashtag #BrilliantAgave. Entrants must also fill out the official joining form. Entries missing either step will not be considered eligible.
5. Exclusion of AI content: Entries must be authentic and original. AI-generated photos or videos are not permitted and will be disqualified.
6. Entry: Only one entry per person is allowed.
7. Content Guidelines: Photos or videos must be the entrant’s own original work and must not contain offensive, inappropriate, discriminatory, or defamatory content. Entries must not infringe third-party rights. Media may be lightly edited for global colour and exposure only. Brilliant Rentals reserves the right to remove or disqualify entries violating these rules.
8. Winner Prizes: One $20 Mugen Sushi voucher, one brunch of asparagus, and a discount on your next Brilliant Rentals car rental.
– The car rental discount is valid for rentals of 5 days or more.
– Discount not to be used in conjunction with any other promotion, wholesale, corporate, or commission-bearing rates.
– Discount cannot be redeemed for cash, credit, or product.
– All other extras including Cover, Booster Seats, Child Seats, Snow Chains, etc are at full cost and are not discounted in the promotion.
– Brilliant Rentals’ standard Terms and Conditions apply, subject to availability.
9. Winner Selection: The photo or video with the most likes at the end of the contest wins. In the event of a tie, a random draw among tied entries will determine the winner. Brilliant Rentals will verify likes authenticity. The winner will be notified via email.
10. Winner Notification and Unclaimed Prizes: Brilliant Rentals will make reasonable efforts to contact the winner. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 10 days after notification, Brilliant Rentals reserves the right to forfeit the prize.
11. Prize Redemption: Prizes are non-transferable, not redeemable for cash, and details will be communicated directly to winners.
12. Use of Content: By entering, participants grant Brilliant Rentals permission to use their photos or videos for marketing and promotional purposes across all media channels.
13. Disqualification: Entries deemed inappropriate, offensive, or damaging to Brilliant Rentals’ reputation may be disqualified at the organiser’s discretion. Entries risking legal exposure, including defamation or copyright infringement claims, will be rejected.
